ANS and the future of the list

He ordered a front tie rod for an ur-quattro - but ran out of patience and went 
to Ingolstadt to collect it himself.  No one's heard from him since ...
 
Seriously - I'm going to a barbecue tonight at the Area G meeting, and I'm 
hoping to meet up with Len Hunt.  Len is a director of VAG (UK) with special 
responsibility for the Audi brand.  I intend to mention such things as 
electronic media and the whole subject of getting authoritative answers to 
technical questions online.  I have some tiny grumps about spares and service 
following the VW/Audi split in the UK, but I may hold them over so as to create 
a wholly positive impression.

Any ideas that arrive here by 18:00BST will be considered.
