`90 80 1.8S (monojetronic) problem at low revving

Hi, everybody!

I've an `90 80 1.8S with monojetronic (PM engine code). The problem is, at low
revving (about 1000-2200) when I release the
accelerator, the engine loses revving not steady. I suppose that the damper or an accelerator cord should be adjusted but the
 techniques are not described in my manuals. Does someone got the correct adjustment procedure for PM engine (single-point injection)
