'93 S4 phone instructions needed, rear hum ?

I just bought a '93 S4 and did not get the phone instructions. Anyone know
where I can buy a set or a copy?

Also, when driving the car on the hwy, I notice a distinct hum or growl
coming from the rear of the car. Is this normal on an S4? It is only
noticeable with all windows closed. My 5ktq had enough other noise that this
would not have been apparent if it was part of the deal with a quattro.
