Engine Rebuild: Stock Head Bolt Strength

I am doing considerable modifications to my '86 5kcstq as I rebuild the
engine and am wondering
how well the stock headbolts/ threads hold under high boost/HP situations.
Would it be wise to upgrade
to Raceware hardware and are Timecerts or something similar necessary to
hold everything together?

BTW, thanks to everyone who has responded to my previous posts.This advice
in combination with alot of 
research and talks with Ned Ritchie and other pros will help to ensure one
hell of an engine when I'm
done. I will post complete details of what I have done and results when it
is completed (about a month, hopefully).
