Andrew,

The Mac-02 computer handles the idle stabilization job
in the UrQ.  There is no seperate component for it.
The 910 rpm business sounds a little high, as I think
spec is 760 or something like that.  The number goes 
higher (1100?) when the ac is on.  My car has always
been a little wierd this way, and there may be some
junk going on in the ECU we can't do much about.  Sounds
like you almost have it solved.
