They are ROTTEN. Like the rotten mufler they sent me and passed off as
'just fine'.  They are miserably poor on every front, and deserve
nothing but the head seat at the VENDORS TO AVOID banquet.

So, everyone, I've told you so, Paul's told you so. NEVER NEVER use
$HOKAN.

Me to them:
"Do you honestly think you can pass off this rotten, repainted muffler
on me as a new unit?"

Them:
"Sho' can"
