Actually, probably.  If you're coming into a large enough airport, there
are several rather exclusive, private "rental" estabishments that are
extremely snotty.  However, they "rent" out the use of things like
jaguars, ferraris, etc. for people with way too much money on their hands.
You'll never see them in the yellow pages; probably not even in the white
pages.
