Actually the BBB works for business to provide the impression of accountability
to the consumer.  My memory now jogged, it was Shokan's reply to the BBB
inquiry I filed that slandered me as trying to rip them off (re: the half shaft
with one seized CV joint).  Did that help other future customers?
