91 200q electrical gremlins

I had similar problem with dashboard lights/turn indicators..  Turned 
out to be a bad ground on circuit board which is  behind instrument 
cluster.  I put new board in and no more problems.  Dave Head redid 
bad connection  and I have the  used board.  Check connection   at 
right top of speedometer, should be a green plug.  That was the 
problem.
 If it is the board and it is repairable, cheapest way  to go. If you 
want to borrow my used board if you need to send yours out, you can 
for the price of shipping each way.  HTH
