Nether.  Both of those valves are at the right front of the 
engine(viewed from the driver's seat).  The pressure regulator 
valve(in Mr. Bently, somewhere in the 20's) is at the back of the 
engine, lower left if I recall.  The long hose from the waste gate  
frequency  valve  runs the length of the intake manifold (behind the 
heat shield), to the back of the motor, and behind it.  It goes to 
the pressure regulator I described. I discovered this hose when boost 
stopped @.4bar.  Turned out hose had cracked, but was inside heat 
shield so no one could see it.
  If you can't find it in Mr. Bentley I can check for you.  I think 
it is in the fuel group, and has picture of intercooler in exploded 
view showing various parts.  Let me know.  HTH
