Buyer's Guide in archives?

Hello,

Considering the purchase of a 1986 4000CS Quattro.  (Five Speed,
Sunroof, needs left rear tail lamp and left front turn signal and some
TLC)  That's cosmetically speaking.  Mechanicals are unknown at this
time but it will be checked by a better mechanic than I before purchase.

Any advice on the location of Buyer's Guide in the archives would be
appreciated as would your own comments sent off list to save bandwidth.
