Your Experiencing Intercooler Saturation.  Time to get a New Intercooler I
just did...  REALLY nice part BTW, VERY low Pressure Drop (less than .5psi at
20/lbs boost) and VERY efficient (94% at 20mph/20psi, 83% at 5mph/20psi)
 What a difference it makes Especially in spinup.  The stock part is Sooooooo
Restrictive and ineffiencient.
