90 200Q Wagon power window gremlins

I have just been through the archives, and could not find any
duplicates of the following problem. 
Yesterday, after starting the car and driving a short distance I
discovered that the only power window which would lower or raise was
the drivers window. I tried the other front window while I was at a
stop with the right side button and it would not respond from there
either. 
After stopping the car and leaving it for about 5 minutes I started it
up and all the windows were working normally again.
Today the windows worked normally for the first two drives, then after
sitting for 2 hours, I drove off to find only the drivers window
working again. This time the inop windows did not return after a short
stop. I know that if I take this in to my service guy, it will of course
show no symptoms of this gremlin.
Has anyone ever seen this type of malfunction before.
