Re: Front suspension CREAKs on my A4TQ

1.Have a look at the control arm bushings...
Some early cars particularly wore through those quickly. You migh be in
need of new control arm(s).

2.Stabilizer bars on early (again) cars had bushings that sometimes
squeaked. I think there was a part number change here as well.

Hi,

I have a problem with my '95 A4TQ (40 kkm, lowered about 35-40 mm, 17x8"
BBS rims, 2 1/2" stainless steel exhaust system). The last two weeks, there
is a loud creaky sound and it seems to me that it is coming from the right
side front suspension. It sounds like dry rubber rubbing against something
when the suspension moves.

Is there anyone who has experienced the same thing, and what do I have to
do to make it stop?

Any suggestions? Please mail me! I'm so tired of listening to this...
