CQ stalling
I know that you checked the fault codes, but that only retrieves info that is stored if the computer finds a fault, if you go a step further and check each component of the fuel system it might be a help. I checked my car and got a 4444 and then ran through the component check and found that the Carbon check valve was malfunctioning, it turned out that the contacts where dirty because after cleaning it worked again.
The Bentley manual shows you how to do it.
It still sound like a vacuum leak to me, what about the injector seals. I would look for other vacuum hoses that you may have missed maybe because they where disconnected?
