I looked at this on the wifes 200 turbo.It appears this valve controls boost 
pressure to the warm up regulator,and hence line control pressure.It is 
controlled electronically from the microswitches on the throttle body.At near 
WOT the valve is actuated,causing a crude form of fuel enrichment.

I am still unsure what signals the ignition module receives.Does it have a 
direct feed from turbo boost,to control on boost retard,or does it merely 
respond to throttle switches,and RPM?
