Most likely the side bracket is broke. To access things, tilt up. Fabricate
a hook (coat hanger) to catch the springs and release (look at from outside
and pull down the center flap). Once the 2 springs are released, the entire
fabric panel can be unclipped from the inside by yanking backwards. Slide it
all the way back and you'll be able to see whats happening in there. Takes
me about 5 minutes to get to this point...
