87, 4000 quattro (OXS)

Happy Friday Quattro Owner's,

I've replaced the o2 sensor but I cannot find the reset switch?
is it a rectangular slot behind the speedometer which has fuse 
like slots in it,  looks like a special tool is required.  there
is not a attached tool there like if heard, it looks like there 
is a spot there for one though.  The dealer could have remove this when 
a past owner had this reset.  I'm sure this has been gone over 
rather extensively so please no flames just some help please.
