I called Robert Bentley at 1-800-423-4595 and asked why
this manual for the 1992-97 100/A6/S4/S6 wasn't shown on
their web site (http://www.rb.com) and they said "Oh, we
have not updated the web site yet".......they sell the
manual for same price ~$265 as amazon.com
