Re: Bentley Manual for 1990-100

DO NOT  try to buy this Bentley manual from BarnesandNoble.com, as another
lister suggested.  
I tried twice to buy from them.  The first time was at the discounted price.
Twenty days later I received a small box containing only volume 3.  Their
service stinks.  They basically told me "tough luck", because they have a
big warehouse and no one would even consider trying to find the other two
volumes.  After three e-mail messages, two phone calls, a second attempt at
ordering which resulted in receiving another small box with only Volume 1 in
it, this time charged at LIST PRICE, I've returned both volumes received
with a request for refund of all charges.  I am not optimistic about my
chances of getting the proper refund.
