... boy, I'd be really surprised if Linda sent you a wrong part on this 
one, since it is a commonly replaced item.  Do you think that it is the 
wrong part becasue the old part has four prongs and the new one has only 
three?  If so, you have the right part, the new replacement part only 
has 3 terminals ... and happens to work fine in an '88 5kCSQW ...
