Thule makes a system that connects to the Audi wagon's roof rails.  I 
bought mine several years back, but my fuzzy recollection was that it 
was a model 325 ... in any case they have an applications book that 
clearly states what you need.  It is also possible to mix and match the 
Thule rails with either Thule or Yakima racks ... AAMOF I'm using a 
Yakima tandem rack with my Thule rails ...

I really like the Thule rails ... they attach fairly easily to my 
existing roof rack and come with the locks (Yakima charges extra ...).
