AAARGH!!! What's up with this fu- - fuse?!?

Is this 'Stephen' - the infamous blue/black circuit?

If so, it wanders around a lot of places where it can get frayed - to the 
reversing light switch, into the trunk lid, etc.

You really need a circuit diagram.
