My fuel pump on my '85 4KSQ has been buzzing for a couple years now..... I'm
thinking about getting a spare pump 'JIC', but so far haven't had any negative
symptoms..........

Sometimes it seems REALLY loud, though.........guess I'll just live with it for
awhile longer......... :-)
