Nope.  Do it yourself.  $15 for the belt, $40-$70 for the pump.
Stay tuned to the q-list about the Graf brand pump, it makes a turkey
sound!

Pull your speedo out, push the little gear (if it's not broken) back
into 
contact with the screw drive, and loctite it there.  Ta-Da!
