'91 200TQ door panel removal??

Hi guys:
Can one of the experts point me in the right direction on removing the
drivers door upholstery on my '91 200TQ?  Yesterday, the key lock became
disconnected from the mechanical lock actuator and I am afraid that I may
have offended the Gods and today, the passenger side will likewise fail.  I
just want to be sure that I don't cause additional damage since it is not
obvious how the upholstery is attached.
