This is a common problem in 4kq and urQs.
My 84 has a problem, 85 does not.
I looked at the fiche the other day and I only see one
vent hose that might be the problem. I have yet to get under
the car and check it for clogs, but I wonder if that could be it.
The workaround is to fill the tank with the nozzle at an angle,
9 o'clock or 11 o'clock usually work for me.
It is annoying though, to the point where my wife hates taking
my car in case it will need gas (she hates it anyway, but that's
another story...)
