As an alternative, Harbor Freight Sales sells a make-them-yourself hose
clamp kit (about 6' of strap and 8 of the clamps) for $3.99 that you can use
to wrap around the intercooler and hold the tanks in place.  I've also used
the steel bands that come on shipping pallets successfully, too.
Fortunately, my late 1989 200q already has the clips attached to the IC ...
not that it matters, of course, since the Spearco catalog is lying on my
desk and I'll be ordering up an upgraded IC from them tomorrow. (And to
think all this upgrading started with my wanting to replace the muffler
because it had a few pinholes in it!)  :^)
