When mine blew 3 years ago, I found a suitable Al alloy extrusion on the racks
in the machine shop of my Co and made my own clips. The extrusion had a
profile of a Cyrillic equivalent of the Latin letter *P* with a side of ~10mm.
I've cut a number of 10mm long pieces and snapped them over the existing
flange clamp, that goes around each tank. On top of that I secured them with a
long metal tape strap. In addition to that I've put a circle of black
electrical tape over each metal band strictly for cosmetic reasons.
The end result was an ugly looking but rather bullet-proof IC, that was able
to sustain 18psi of boost without breaking a swet.
