The 3rd generation Camaro lights I used have an adjustment screw that can be
reached with a screwdriver angled at about 30 degrees ... I notched the
bumper slightly at the appropriate point to give me some more room and I
never had any problems adjusting them vertically.  Horizontally was a bit of
a problem but since this was also less critical, it wasn't a big problem...
