Re: 5000 Climate control vacuum tubes
Jeremy, I have my dash still apart after doing my heater core and putting
in a blower motor. ( Just in time too, as the snow is on the way here near
Calgary) The blue line goes to the servo motor on the drivers side
connecting to the port towards the passenger side (right port if you are
looking at it). Yes the other one on that motor is blank.
The yellow line connects to the left port of the passenger side servo. The
green to the right.
The black goes off somewhere towards the drivers side, probably to blue
vacuum bottle inside left wheel well.
The red line goes through the firewall (plastic rim of heater box) just
above the bowden cable. Actually on mine a white line connects to the red
line and it goes through to join a Y shaped connecting point by air
conditioning plenun.
Perhaps you have had enough private replies on this, but I saw no digest
replies.
Take care, we both have finished a big job.
