5000 Climate control vacuum tubes

I think I mixed up the colored vacuum lines when re-installing my heater
box assy last weekend.  Does anyone have a diagram of where each of the
3 colored vacuum lines (blue, gree, yellow) connect to the servo motors
on the heater box?  I think you can see them if you pull the radio out. 
There are 4 ports on the 2 motors, and one is not used-I didn't realize
this when drawing a diagram before taking things apart-I only noted the
left to right order.  I don't know which of the 4 were not connected.
