Well, I finally got it installed yesterday. The install is quite easy
with the assy's out. I'd recommend it to anyone with expensive glass
lenses. As the user's literature says, it's for "pebble protection,
_not_ for major impacts." Given that my euro H4 got trashed today by a
quail (an upland game bird about the size of a pigeon), I'll support the
"major impacts" bit. Not that I'd expect the stuff to help for this
situation, but the coincidence is striking. Like it couldn't have hit
the grill or even the bumper?!? To add to the injury, the bulb continued
to operate! I now have one H4 and one 9007-equipped $*@#@! DOT light.
