I would not recommend chains. It is a good way to damage expensive Audi
hardware. Plus, the real problem with our cars when the snow gets deep is
that we dont have ground clearance like the trucks. If you put chains on,
you will only get marginal improvement because the car will still 'high
center' in the really deep stuff. If you drive a lot in really deep snow,
you probably need a 4WD truck with lots of clearance.
