Best synthetic oil...

Hi!

Which is better: 15W60 or 5W40? I'm going to fix some leaks in my
Audi Turbo (200T) next week and would like to move over to synthetic
oil for better performance, better starting and running and to
prevent those irritating deposits from forming on my turbo.
