My question is:  Where in this calculation is the back pressure from the turbo 
taken into account.  I would expect this to affect effective volumetric 
efficiency, in a manner that would require recursive calculation.  That is, the 
calculated flow for a given back pressure would equal the flow that the turbine 
would support for those conditions, given that turbine and compressor are 
running at the same rpm.  Turbine maps anyone?
