Snap-on does...or did when I bought mine, as well as (I assume) most
professional tool suppliers. Here at my work we use a company called Mountz
Tools to support the torque drivers, etc. on our production floor. They offer
calibration service. Their catalog has torque wrenches that look very much
like my snap-on click type...hmmm. One of the things I have always been told
re: click type torque wrenches in general is to leave them stored on the
lowest setting...not sure if it is truth or not.
