90q Control Arm Bushings

Hi all,
I need to replace my control arm bushings.  I saw some post of a fellow
lister having problems with those units and he/she needed to replace
them a few times.  can anyone give any solutions to making sure this job
is done right, with durable parts. are there any upgrades which work
better than OEM units?
