Dave and Al, you both rate highly in the taste department according to my 
taste meter! ... ;-)

I personally would take the 300SL over the Caterham ... let me add my 
other dream car ... a BMW M1 ... the only 4-wheeled BMW product I'd 
ever consider owning ...

... and then there's that old AU1000SP ... this is the first time it's 
ever officially appeared on my wish list, but I'd love to be able to 
see one in the flesh!
