Hello Everyone,

Here's a quick note.  I've recently purchased my second Q, that being a '87 4kcsq, white with black interior,I5&5 speed.  If anyone remembers, I wrote a while back that one of my new neighbors had owned this car, wanted to sell it, I talked him into keeping it, then as it turns out, he still wanted something newer(his is now a '93 90s).  I could NOT refuse the chance to purchase this car as it was/is in great condition.  I had another choice though, which I also wrote in about, that I could buy a 5k turbo car and transplant the speedy parts into my '88 90Q.  Even though I am a speed freak, I went with the side of reason and got the second Q.  My bottom line is I can always transform the 90 or 4k at a later date-I now have 2 Q's!! 
	The 90 and 4k have their definite differences and I love both cars.  I'd like to know if anyone has experienced problems with door handles on the 4k's.  The handle on the driver's front door was going bad when I bought it.  At that time when you would pull the handle, you could feel something miss.  If you hit the door with your fist, just above the handle, it jarred the mechanism enough so the door would open-kinda like fonzie hitting the jukebox.  Well that doesn't work so well anymore, so I took the handle off today.  I will order a new one, or one from the junk yard, if that's the definite problem.  Now with the handle off, I can push down on the connecting rod, which was attached to the handle, and is still attached to the door lock, and it opens the door.  Conclusion, the door lock works, the outside handle doesn't.  BTW, the inside handle works fine.
