No, Gerard, it's not.
For the 44-chassis it was only installed on a 3B engine ('91 200TQ, US spec).
Check the archives. Over a year ago I posted a_very_detailed instruction on
how to install one on the MC motor, including p/n-os, sizes etc. Worked very
well for me and a number of other listers afterwards.
BTW, don't install a *dump valve*. You need a closed-loop blow-by valve.
