I can't tell you exactly where it is, owners of newer 200Qs will be of
more help here, but look for a hose that connects the part of intake
between the turbo and throttle with the part before the turbo.

On cars with manual transmission every time you shift you have to close
the throttle (I'm not considering some methods used by race drivers,
like "power shifting", as they are abusing to the vehicle and generally
of little use in street driving). On automatics you don't have to close
the throttle while the transmission shifts (a big advantage of slushbox
on turbocharged cars) and this is generally rare occasion when you'd
have to close the throttle at full boost. Installing the dump valve does
not hurt, though.
