     I would Try the 3m foam pad with Imperial foam glaze, on a regular 
     buffer at low speed, It does not create as much heat as microfinishing 
     compound and a wool wheel therefore having less of a chance of ruining 
     the clearcoat.

If you have any scratches, stuff like that, don't count on being able to 
fix them.  Almost impossible to match that kind of thing.  Maybe try an 
orbital buffer or something.  I always felt that the pearl and clear coats 
were a little thin and britttle.  My 5kTQ was pearl, but this summer I 
painted it black.  Quite a switch.

Clean them the same way you would clean the rest of your car.
