If your friend is in Massachasetts, perhaps he has transport or repair plates
that are not really dealer plates. Some auctions may exect them, but not all.
At the large auctions in the such as Manheim ,PA you have to have not only a
dealer license but also a bond, insurances ,etc. It's not as easy as it
sounds. And I'll tell that bringing a car from afar that you've purchaced to
sell to just one individual is risky indeed.BTDT.
