Headlight replacement on '93 90

     I just discovered that BOTH of my headlights have fairly large rock 
     chips in them, one actually has a small hole in the glass. I called my 
     local dealer and he quoted me $337 EACH. Now that is a little 
     ridiculas in my opinion. There has to be a cheaper place to get these. 
     
     Any Suggestions? Are they easy to replace?
