Re: 5K dump valve



I don't have the procedure, lost it in a computer crash. 
Here is a summery: 

You need a dump valve, PN 699 0280 142 102 Bosch (cutoff valve)

Tap your inter cooler at a point between the "in" and "out", if you don't
have an opening 
you will have to make one, use a flanged nipple (of a VW or an older Audi)

Braze a nipple to the steel tube "turbo to air box"

Install the dump valve with a  rubber nipple to the steel tube, make sure
it is the "correct"side, connect a rubber hose from the Inter cooler to the
dump valve

Tap a vacuum line (vacuum on idle, will open the valve and dump excess air,
to the air box), and connect to the dump valve

I do realize that the above procedures are not "step by step, procedure",
but I hope it will still be "semi clear"
