An Update:

I sent the abbreviated version the chart from the Bosch handbook  to
Gary Steinbruck, who offered to post them to his web page, last night. 
So they should be up soon.

Also:

I've decided to just go ahead and buy the German version of the
standards from Beuth-Verlag.  Now that the gauge faces are on the
back, back burner (COME ON, PEOPLE!!  13 MORE ORDERS!! DIG DEEP!!
BROWBEAT YOUR FRIENDS!!!), I have to buy SOMETHING. :~().

Dan S. kindly offered Portugese translating services but the German
versions are cheaper by about 50%.  So, although I don't want to
_volunteer_ anyone (wink, nudge)...once I get them I will be looking for a
translator.
