Yup, the whole thing :-<  I sells for $125-150. (I can't remember exactly
what I paid). I've tried patching these things, and they don't last.
The newer pumps have a re-designed pump portion which (hopefully) lasts
longer. I ended up replacing the electrical connector in the wiring harness
since water from the pump had leaked through and corroded it.
Given the importance of this pump in keeping the turbo healthy, I'd
suggest replacing it with a new one.
