I also show the following Bosch numbers:

0 280 142 001

 The 106 number is from a 200 20v and I think that the 102 number is
generally reguarded as the "Sport Quattro" valve although the application
is shown as Porsche 911 1991-1994 and 944 1985- 1989. The 103 and 105
number are Saab apps. and the 001 number is for Peugeot. Any Bosch dealer
should be able to get them for you (most likely special order though. The
cheapest is the 102 @ $39.40 (retail) and the most expensive is the 001 @
$63.10 (retail). 

 Scott, my book must be old because I show no app. or price for the 108.
