Wouldn't be a "Cherry Bomb", or perhaps a "Diver" sold as a way to make the
engine "breathe" easier (like a pack of cough sweets :-) ).  I know Western
Audo sell similar looking devices in the US.  Painted red, and look like
the first box of an early Audi 100, with rounded ends, kind of sausage shaped.
